About this work

Chromatic Vortex presents a powerful, abstract whirlwind of colour and movement. From the centre a spiral unfolds that draws the gaze inwards, as though carried along in a swirling stream of light and energy. The surface consists of countless small, mosaic-like planes of colour that together form flowing paths. The colours are rich and varied: green, blue, purple, yellow and soft earth tones alternate and flow subtly into one another.
