About this work

Chromatic Architecture is constructed around stacked arches, columns, blocks and concentric rings. The forms are clearly defined, yet they never exist in isolation: overlap, shifts in scale and subtle shadow effects create a layered composition that unfolds almost like a spatial construction before the viewer. Warm and cool colours alternate, strengthening the impression of depth, rhythm and movement. In this work, I explore sculptural depth and pronounced colour contrasts.
