About this work

In this artwork I present Madonna in a moment of maximum expression: singing, open, powerful, during a live performance, executed in a pronouncedly digital, geometric-figurative style. The composition is built up from sharp, facetted planes that together form a layered face. This geometric approach gives the image tension and rhythm, as though music were becoming visible in form and colour.
