About this work

Chromatic Assembly is constructed around modular forms coming together like components of a colourful construction. The forms are clearly defined, yet they never exist in isolation: overlap, shifts in scale and subtle shadow effects create a layered composition that unfolds almost like a spatial construction before the viewer. Warm and cool colours alternate, strengthening the impression of depth, rhythm and movement.
