About this work

Mechanical Depth is an abstract-geometric composition in which colour, form and depth take centre stage. The work consists of a dynamic interplay of crisp lines, rectangular planes and round forms that cross and overlap one another like parts of a refined mechanical system. The colour scheme is powerful and bright: warm yellow and red contrast with cool blue, supplemented with neutral greys.
