From a bright midpoint countless repeating forms fan outwards, like overlapping petals or feathers. The alternation of deep black and soft white creates a strong optical effect: the image seems to pulse, to turn and even to breathe. The forms are crisply and symmetrically constructed, but through the fine gradations and the undulating contours a sense of movement and depth nonetheless arises.
This unique 1/1 artwork is made to order as Epoxy Liquid Gloss® on AluDibond.
The digital original is printed on Fuji Crystal DP II Ultra HD, permanently mounted on 4 mm AluDibond and hand-finished with approximately 3 mm of Liquid Gloss® epoxy resin.
