Luminous Threads

Luminous Threads presents an abstract web of flowing, luminous lines moving across a deep, almost black background. The lines seem to consist of several thin threads running in parallel paths, crossing, converging and fanning out again. Their colours — soft yellow, white, red, pink, blue and green — glow like neon and give the whole a dynamic, almost electric presence. There is no fixed centre, but there is a rhythmic movement that leads the eye through the image. The lines form waves, loops and spirals, as though responding to invisible forces: currents, vibrations or music. Some parts look crisp and controlled, others organic and free, creating a field of tension between order and chaos.

The sense of depth arises because lines overlap and fade, giving the painting a spatial, almost three-dimensional character. The whole evokes associations with flows of energy, nerve pathways, sound frequencies or traces of light recorded over time. The atmosphere is intense and lively, but not aggressive; the work invites longer looking and following of the movements. The painting feels like a visual translation of continuous movement and connection, in which everything flows into everything else without beginning or end.
